I would not say that I am religious. However, I do believe in the idea of prayer. I am starting my new job this week in an unfamiliar setup yet in the same field. So before I start tomorrow, here is a prayer that I have written to give myself encouragement, grace and love. This is also to help my mind rest, to remember that at there will always be challenges at the start of something new. And that I can face them.

I am capable.

I am able to fall.

I am able to make mistakes.

I am able to get back up and try again.

I am valuable.

I am worthy, always.
